How much will our photos be?
Family Portraits - $200/300+
Inclusive of multiple poses at a location of your choosing for up to one hour. If you are located more than 25 miles from Kate’s home zip code, there will be an additional travel fee.
If your family/group includes more than 6 individuals, the package will be $300 and include up to 2 hours to account for additional combinations.
If you’d like to incorporate additional time and locations, we can create a custom estimate based on your needs
Newborn Sessions - $350
Inclusive of multiple poses, outfit changes, and props. No set time limit, because, in no particular order: diaper changes, feedings, explosions of the emotional and physical variety, etc. Can be on site at Kate’s home or in yours. Travel fee applies if you are located more than 25 miles from Kate’s home zip code.
Real Estate/Projects - $100/hour+
Pricing will fluctuate based on the complexity of the project being documented and the details required. If there is an expedited turn-around time, as many realtors need, there is an additional rush charge
What are the fees?
Travel - $50 flat. Within reason. Please do not ask Kate to drive to Montana for $50. Even though she loves it there.
Rush - $50 flat. This is only applicable for real estate/project photography. Editing objects is far more forgiving than editing people, Kate is not a superhuman and cannot churn through portrait editing in less than 24 hours. Do not be fooled by her active status on Facebook messenger at 2 AM. She does, in fact, sleep.
Couples/Milestone Portraits - $150+
Inclusive of birthday photos, senior portraits, school portraits, engagements, etc, for up to one our at a location of your choosing. Travel fee applies if location is more than 25 miles from Kate’s home zip. You are welcome to add additional hours or locations for an additional cost.
Event Photography - $300/hour
Inclusive of less formal celebrations for anniversaries, graduation parties, birthday parties, etc at a location of your choosing. If the event is more than 25 miles from Kate’s home zip code, you gotta pay that gas money, son.
SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING WEDDINGS:
For smaller, more intimate/less formal weddings, including elopements, the event package applies. If you are doing a small, destination elopement/wedding, and you think Kate is cool enough to tag along (which she totally is, ask anyone, she’s the ultimate travel buddy), you would be responsible for all accommodations and the event package. Except for margaritas, she will totally buy her own. After the wedding. No one needs tequila inspired documentation.
If your wedding does not fall within these parameters, please understand that while Kate is very excited for you and will still do everything she can to be one of the photographers for your special day, she will steer your elsewhere. Elsewhere being to High Contrast Photography, with whom Kate shoots most of her weddings. High Contrast Photography is owned by Sarah Koermer, and she is amazing. Sarah will be sure to have Kate shoot your wedding with her if Kate is available. If Sarah is not available, both Kate and Sarah can provide recommendations.
